Located on El Sardinero, this conference centre of over 9,000 m² devotes some 6,420 m² to an exhibition area consisting of two superimposed spaces. The first of these halls is known as the Sala El Sardinero and is an open space on the first floor in which different atmospheres can be created thanks to its curtains on rails.
On the lower level we find the Sala Bahía; it is lit up by a window through which an English landscaped patio can be seen, which creates an impression of spaciousness. This is a more delimited area that can be used to hold exhibitions, workshops, or carry out activities as it can be divided into smaller areas (up to 11 halls of 100 m² each) thanks to acoustic panels.
Another outstanding area of the Palacio de Exposiciones is the Assembly Room which can hold over 260 people and is a space suitable for conferences, presentations, and lectures.
The Palacio also has a classroom with a capacity of 28 people, a meeting room for 14 people, a terrace, an entrance hall with an information area, a cafeteria, a kitchen for catering equipped with ovens, heated cupboards, and a washing tunnel.
